Hotel Room Rates
Our special group rate is $159 for single/double per night (plus applicable taxes). There is also a daily resort service charge of $10 (reduced from $29 for this event). Register under room block identified as “AGA” or “American Gas Association”. Important: The cut-off date for the special AGA/EEI room rate is Monday, October 7, 2019. Reservations made after October 7, 2019 will be subject to availability and existing hotel rates. Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. You have at least seven (7) days prior to arrival to cancel to prevent a cancellation fee of one night's room and tax.
