If you aren't already registered, we're sorry you won't be joining us, but we'll look forward to seeing you in 2020 at the Hyatt Regency Monterey, Feb 29-Mar 3.

Note: There is NO on-site or walk-in registration. If you aren't already registered for the 2019 conference, we won't be able to accommodate you.

Innovate, Integrate, Motivate

The partnership of California Community College Chief Information Systems Officers Association (CISOA), California Community College Banner Group (3CBG), and California Community Colleges Colleague Users Group (4CUG) allows us to leverage our resources to present an outstanding array of conference sessions of interest to those who are part of the information technology arena in California's Community College system.

The organizations have come together to present a unified set of sessions that will address many of the current topics of the IT professional in management, security, information systems, and IT curriculum.

Who Should Attend?

  • CISOs, CIOs, CEOs, CTOs, VPs of technology and network systems, directors of IT, directors of technology, systems architects, network administrators, network security officers, ISOs, financial managers, financial aid staff, human resource staff, admissions and student records staff, and software and web developers
  • Vendors who market to/support any of the above

*300+ community college employees attended the 2018 conference.

Annual Conference of CCC IT professionals

In addition to a full schedule of educational sessions that will appeal to community college professionals, we are pleased to announce that Ellucian, the makers of Banner and Colleague ERP systems, will have a substantial presence at the conference and will be offering topics of interest to the end-users of their systems. Detail to follow.

The opportunity to purchase exhibit space space will be awarded by random-draw lottery. Watch your inbox for the Lottery Launch within the next few weeks. Vendor registration will open as soon as the lottery draws have been made.

There will be 6-1/2 hours of dedicated exhibit time, as well as the opportunity to participate in almost all aspects of the event with community college attendees. A rare opportunity to meet-up with community college professionals from throughout the state of California--all in one location.

How do I participate if I'm not selected in the Exhibit Space Lottery?
To participate, please review the sponsorship options (SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES page) and/or the secondary exhibitor option (sharing space with a business partner who has secured exhibit space).

Sponsorship opportunities come with most of the benefits that an exhibitor has minus the real estate, but PLUS additional recognition options--rotating banner with hyper-link on the mobile app, premier listing on the mobile app (admin rights to upload headshots, logos, collateral to your mobile app listing, your listing will be highlighted), and for special events, recognition at the actual event.
