Question: May I transfer my AWI Convention Registration?
Answer:

Yes. Transfers of registrations within the same member organizations are welcome. If you need to substitute one registrant for another, please email Sue Sicilian with any requests by September 10.


Question: If I am unable to attend the AWI Convention, can I receive a refund for my registration fee?
Answer:

If you cancel in writing at least fifteen (15) business days before the first scheduled day of the event, you will receive a full refund, minus a $50 administrative fee.


Question: Can I receive a discount for a one-day registration?
Answer:

No, the registration price is inclusive, so no discounts are offered for one-day attendance. Plus, we want you to be there for the entire event!


Question: What is the dress code for the event?
Answer:

We want you to be comfortable so you can enjoy your meeting experience. Therefore, business casual attire is strongly encouraged. We suggest bringing a sweater or jacket for the conference as sometimes the meeting room temperatures can fluctuate. 


Question: What if I have special needs or dietary requests?
Answer:

Please let us know when completing your registration what your dietary or special requests are, so AWI can make an effort to accommodate your request.


Question: Will wireless Internet be available?
Answer:

Yes, wireless Internet access will be available to all AWI attendees.


Question: Does the hotel have a shuttle service to and from the airport?
Answer:

Unfortunately, the hotel does not provide shuttle service to the airport.
Please use Uber, Lyft or a taxi from the airport.
