The University of North Carolina School of Law's Center for Banking and Finance is proud to sponsor the Banking Institute, a continuing legal education program that focuses on important issues for bankers and their lawyers. Students of the UNC School of Law may attend this program for free.The Banking Institute is designed to provide the highest quality continuing education on cutting-edge issues related to banking law. The two-day program is the result of extensive planning by the Center's Board of Advisors, a distinguished group of banking law professionals from leading banks and law firms, and reflects the Board's commitment to provide one of the best banking CLEs in the country.Attendees will have an opportunity to interact with bank counsel, private practitioners, regulators, students, and nationally recognized speakers in the industry. Participants will receive Volume 23 of the North Carolina Banking Institute Journal, a collection of conference manuscripts as well as notes and comments on banking issues.
