2019 BC Land Summit: Collaborations & Connections

FEES & REGISTRATION:   

Full Summit registrations include all general sessions & keynote presentations, regular conference breakout sessions, deep-dive sessions, daytime meals & breaks for one individual attendee. Full Summit registration also includes the Wednesday evening Summit Welcome Reception & Networking and the Thursday evening Summit Gala Evening Reception & Dinner event, however pre-registration for these events is required during registration if you plan to attend. Full Summit registration is for one attendee only and may not be shared between individuals. One Day Summit registrations include all general sessions & keynote presentations, regular conference breakout sessions, deep-dive sessions, daytime meals & breaks on the selected day only.

Optional activities, including pre-conference workshops & events, mobile workshops or tours, and other optional activities, will be available with the release of the preliminary program in early February 2019, but will require pre-registration / sign-up and extra costs will apply as indicated.

NOTE FOR SPEAKERS/PRESENTERS:   

If you are an eligible, confirmed speaker, presenter, or workshop leader you can register online here, but will need your applicable special presenter discount code. You would register normally and then enter and apply it at the end of the online registration process. If you don't have your discount code, please contact speaker coordinator Sophie King at: sophie.king@pibc.bc.ca

Payment & Refund Information

PAYMENT:   Payment is accepted online by Visa or MasterCard or by cheque or money order payable in Canadian funds. If you select to make payment by cheque or money order when registering online, such payments should be made payable to "BC Land Summit Society" and should be mailed to:

Cheque payments must be received no later than Friday, May 3, 2019 for registration to be complete. Unpaid registrations will be cancelled after this date, and will still be subject to the cancellation and refund policies - applicable registration fees and/or cancellation fees will remain due and payable.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:   Cancellations received in writing by Fri. April 5th, 2019 can receive a partial refund of conference registration fees paid (less an administrative cancellation charge - ranging from $50 - $150 depending on registration type and original fees paid).

All registrations made after Fri. April 5th, 2019 are final and non-refundable. Cancellations after Fri. April 5th, 2019 can be accepted, but no refund of any fees paid will be given (although registration transfers or substitutions of conference registration to other individuals may be possible upon request).

Cancellations for optional items such as pre-conference workshops, mobile workshops & tours etc. received by Fri. April 5th, 2019 can receive a 50% refund of fees paid for those items. They are non-refundable for any cancellations received after that date.
