EVENT DATE: - March 12, 2019 thru March 15, 2019 SET-UP ARRIVAL TIME* - 8:00 a.m. (daily) VENDOR’S STOP TIME: - 11:00 p.m. (nightly) Conference attendees will start arriving on Monday, March 11th, 2019. You are free to set up as early as 12 NOON on that Monday if you like. I. VENDOR’S RESPONSIBILITIES: The Vendor/Exhibitor agrees to abide by the rules and regulations of the InterContinental Hotel & Conference Center and JCOB. The following are PROHIBITED: a. Selling of food b. Tobacco products can not be used or sold within the Hotel/Conference Center c. Alcohol beverages can not be consumed or sold within the Conference Center d. Illegal weapons can not be sold or permitted within the Conference Center e. VENDOR is responsible for your own possessions at all times.
NO VENDOR BOOTH SHARING II. JCOB RESPONSIBILITIES: a. Table and two chairs will be provided b. On-site Vendor Coordinator to serve as liaison to Intercontinental Hotel c. JCOB or its associates are not responsible for damaged or stolen items/property (personal or business)
III. FEES VENDOR shall pay the following fee for participation
Platinum level
a. All Vendor fees must be paid in full by March 1, 2019. b. Return check fee $35.00 (no exceptions) IV. CANCELLATION If the VENDOR cancels for any reason, he or she forfeits all funds received. If JCOB cancels for any reason, you shall receive a full refund. V. FORCE MAJEURE This agreement is automatically cancelled if the event is interrupted due to acts of God including, but not limited to, hurricanes, tornadoes, strikes and war. VI. ARBITRATION Any discrepancies pertaining to this agreement, JCOB will resolve. VII. TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE Please adhere to the vending scheduled times provided in this Agreement. Mail Payments to:
