What to Expect? What to Bring?

Fun is planned throughout the Call Center Conference, so get ready to have a great time and consider bringing:

  • Business cards to share with your new contacts, especially if you plan on attending the tour at Consumer Credit Union and networking dinner;
  • Light jacket or sweater in case the rooms are too cool or temperatures vary;
  • Mobile device and charger to stay connected and access materials; and
  • Enthusiasm, questions and a thirst for new ideas and to meet new people.

What else to know?

  • Dress attire is business casual; showing your credit union pride with logo-wear is encouraged.
  • Breakfasts and lunches are included in registration. Have special dietary needs? Just let us know in advance by writing to educate@mcul.org.

Answer: Write to educate@mcul.org in advance with dietary restrictions and we'll arrange for chef to plan for your visit.
Question: How do attendees dress for this event?
Answer: Most participants dress comfortably in business casual attire. Suit coats and ties are not necessary. Dressing in layers is recommended.
