Don Arkell
Don is a consultant with CULendingAdvice. He started his career in the credit union industry working as a frontline lender and eventually became the founder of the CUSO, Members Auto Brokerage Service, Inc. He has established a vibrant sales culture and transformed a credit union's retail delivery to offering 100% of consumer loans and member service through remote channels.

Tim McIntyre
A seasoned veteran with 30 years of experience in communication and public relations, Tim was named executive vice president of communication, investor relations and legislative affairs in May 2016. He is responsible for Domino’s internal communication, public and media relations, event management, crisis communication, philanthropy, investor and government relations functions. He is Domino’s chief spokesperson and has represented the Company in major national and international media. He led media relations during the elimination of Domino’s famous 30-minute guarantee in 1993. In 2009, McIntyre was named “Crisis Manager of the Year” by PR News and was named “Communicator of the Year” by the Detroit chapter of the International Association of Business Communicators in 2010. He co-authored the 2009 book Hire the American Dream: How to Build Your Minimum-Wage Workforce into a High-Performance, Customer-Focused Team. He holds a journalism degree from Eastern Michigan University.

Rayleen is the founder, owner and CEO of RP Payments Risk Consulting Services, LLC. based in Missouri. She is a nationally recognized payments risk and fraud expert who offers specialized consulting services, procedural and risk management reviews and payments education. Rayleen’s specialized skill is delving into the world beyond the payment rules; areas where businesses often find themselves in positions of liability or loss with little to no clear guidance. She is an Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) who has worked with all payment systems for nearly 20 years. Rayleen holds a bachelor's of science in criminal justice administration.

She possesses a fine-tuned specialization in organizational change management, call center operational development, service excellence, enterprise knowledge management and leadership development. She utilizes an approach that emphasizes keeping it simple, “modeling the way" and using data to make decisions.

Lauren is a master storyteller who has navigated just about every aspect of corporate America in her varied career – from trucking, to achieving top-tier sales director status for a global cosmetics firm, to managing a non-profit foundation. As the daughter of a career Air Force officer, she grew up being uprooted and relocated every couple of years, which imbued her with profound independence and ability to adapt to changing circumstances. The lessons she learned from “The Colonel” have helped her make smart decisions and overcome
adversity with humility and a sense of humor. She is a certified speaking professional with the National Speakers Associations.
