Please be aware of the deadline dates which have been highlighted below. Partial or full fees that have been forfeited will not be applied to registration for other meetings.
Confirmed registrations may be transferred to a colleague in the event the registrant is unable to travel to the meeting. The request must be made by the original registrant. To do so, follow the modification link in your registration confirmation email, or click "Already Registered?" at the top of this page. Enter your email address and confirmation number. Select "Substitute Registration" and enter the contact information for the individual taking over the existing registration. For assistance, contact Emily Flaskerud.
You can cancel all optional items and your guest through your online registration.
CME Fee:CME cancellations made by Wednesday, April 3 will receive a full refund. CME cancellations received after Wednesday, April 3 will result in a 100% forfeiture of the fee.
Guest Fee:Guest cancellations made by Thursday, March 28 will receive a full refund. Guest cancellations received after Thursday, March 28 will result in a 100% forfeiture of the guest fee.
Forfeited fees may not be used for future learning offerings.
