Attendee Registration Options

The registration fee for FAC members and non-member delegates includes:

• All conference sessions and scheduled meals

Up to 10 students can register at a rate of $50.00 on a first-come-first-served basis (with all delegate benefits except Tuesday afternoon tournament events). Registration fees beyond the first 10 students will be $100.00 (with all delegate benefits except Tuesday afternoon events). All students must present with a valid student ID.

One Day Registration

Registration is available for those who would like to attend the conference one day only. This rate does not include Tuesday afternoon events. One day registration will be available online and on-site. Attendees may only purchase a single One Day Registration; those wishing to attend the conference for multiple days must purchase a full conference registration.

Tuesday Afternoon Events


For your convenience, registration is available for all Tuesday events during your online registration. Sign-ups will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis and no person will be allowed to sign-up any individual other than themselves. Additional Booth Personnel, One Day Registrants, and State Employees interested in participating in the Tuesday afternoon events can sign-up and pay the additional fee onsite. Spouse/Guest registrants interested in Fishing or Golf  can sign-up and pay the additional fee onsite. Participation in any of these events is limited to conference registrants.

 
Golf Tournament
This year’s tournament will take place at the Pompano Beach Golf Course. Transportation will be provided. Please be sure to sign up when you register for the conference, as space is limited to 120 participants. Delegates who sign up in advance will be contacted one month prior to the conference to indicate golfers with whom they wish to be paired. Final foursome pairings will be posted on-site at the registration desk. Buses will depart at 12:15 p.m. under the hotel’s Porte-cochère by the Conference Center.

Fishing Tournament

Enjoy the spectacular views on the blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean. Fishing Headquarters Charter will take us out for a fun day of fishing. Remember to pack a hat and sunglasses for a great afternoon. Buses will depart at 12:30 p.m. under the hotel’s Porte-cochère by the Conference Center. Participation is limited to 104 anglers

 
Sip & Paint

This might be the event for you! Unleash your creative side with Sip & Paint. An experienced local artist will guide you through a select painting, while you sip wine and snack on hor d’oeuvres. This event will take place at the Ft. Lauderdale Marriott Harbor Beach Resort & Spa. (must be 21+ to participate) Space is limited to 40.

Airport Tour 
Airport Tour
Join us for a tour of FXE Airport, one of the busiest General Aviation airports in the country. You will have the opportunity to tour FXE’s one-of-a-kind U.S. CBP facility, a 207,000 sqft hangar development complex currently underway, a first class FBO operation with 1 million sqft of hangar space, and our 200-acre Industrial Airpark.
The tour continues to FLL Airport, the nation’s fastest growing Large Hub Airport. During the tour we will showcase the new Concourse A, Terminal 1 Connector, the new Terminal 4, and the airport’s innovative virtual ramp control system. We will also showcase the construction project and how the airport is operating over 1,000 aircraft operations a day on one runway. Participation is limited to 50. Buses will depart at 12:30 p.m. under the hotel’s Porte-cochère by the Conference Center.
  
Cooking Demonstration with Chef Ashley Mincey

Enjoy your afternoon watching Master Chef Ashley for a cooking demonstration while you sip wine and enjoy her finalized masterpiece. Chef Ashely was on MasterChef season 9 with renowned Chef Gordon Ramsay which she placed as runner up. This is a once in a lifetime experience!  Please be sure to sign up when you register for the conference, as space is limited to 50 participants.

CANCELLATIONS AND SUBSTITUTIONS
Requests for cancellations or substitutions must be submitted in writing to lforeman@cmc-associates.com. Registrations cannot be split among attendees or session days. Substitutions will be accepted at any time without penalty. Cancellation requests received by July 8, 2019 are subject to a $150 processing fee. No refunds will be granted after Monday, July 8, 2019. In the event that the Conference is postponed/cancelled for reasons beyond our control we will notify all registrants and refund registration fees in full. However, any additional costs incurred by the registrant are the responsibility of the registrant.
