Question: Where is the conference being held?
Answer: The conference is being held at the Fort Lauderdale Marriott Harbor Beach Resort & Spa. To make your hotel reservation click here or call (954) 525-4000 and identify yourself as part of the Florida Airports Council (FAC) Group.
Question: What is the attire for the FAC Annual Conference?
Answer: FAC Annual Conference’s dress code is business casual! Even session speakers are encouraged to dress casually to enjoy Florida’s warm summer climate. Our meeting rooms will be cold, so please bring a sweater with you!
Question: What is included in the cost of my registration?
Answer: Full Conference Registrations include all conference sessions and scheduled meals,Saturday Evening Host Reception, Sunday evening Reception with the Exhibitors, Sunday Night Past President's Banquet, Monday Night Event and Tuesday afternoon events based on availability. Question: Am I eligible for the member rate?
Answer: Please contact the Florida Airports Council (FAC) to confirm your membership at 407-745-4161.
Question: Can I pay to attend only one day or part of the conference?
Answer: Yes! Registration is available for those who would like to attend the conference one day only. This rate does not include Tuesday afternoon events. Those wishing to attend the conference for multiple days must purchase a full conference registration. Please click here to review the one-day options.
Question: What are the Tuesday Afternoon Events at the FAC Annual Conference?
Answer: Tuesday Afternoon Events include: Fishing and Golf Tournaments, Sip & Paint, a Tour of the Tampa International Airport, and a Chef Demonstration with Chef Ashley Mincey. Sign-ups will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis and no person will be allowed to sign-up any individual other than themselves. Additional Booth Personnel, One Day Registrants, and State Employees interested in participating in the Tuesday afternoon events can sign-up and pay the additional fee onsite. Spouse/Guest registrants interested in Fishing or Golf  can sign-up and pay the additional fee onsite. Participation in any of these events is limited to conference registrants.
Question: I have special needs (dietary, mobility, etc.) – How can I inform you of them?
Answer: Please note all special needs on your registration. We will make every effort to accommodate your specific needs.
Question: Can guests attend the Conference?
Answer: Yes! The spouse/guest registration is open to spouse/guests of full-registrants only. Spouse/Guest refers to a spouse or significant other 21+; not a business associate or staff colleague affiliated with the aviation industry.
Question: Can children attend the evening receptions?
Answer:

This year’s program includes several family-friendly events, including the Saturday Night Host event at Jet Set Cafe and the Monday Night Host Event at the Museum of Discovery and Science.

Children’s registration includes the following events:

• Saturday Night FXE Host event at Jet Set Cafe
Sunday Welcome Reception with Exhibitors
Monday Night Host Event at the Museum of Discovery and Science
Wednesday Leadership Luncheon


Question: How can I obtain an invoice/receipt for a registration?
Answer: A confirmation email is sent at the time of registration with an invoice link. Should you need additional assistance please contact CMC & Associates at 850-224-7775.
Question: Can I substitute/transfer someone else to attend the conference?
Answer: Yes! Please send substitution requests to Liz Foreman at lforeman@cmc-associates.com before Monday, July 8, 2019.
