  • Early Bird registration is available at a cost of $225 until Monday, July 8, 2019
  • After Monday, July 8, 2019, Standard registration will be available at a cost of $250 
  • Online registration closes Friday, September 6, 2019
  • On-site registration will be $275 (CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS OR PURCHASE ORDERS ONLY. No cash or invoicing will be accepted.)

You can pay with a check or purchase order via our online registration system. Please note: your registration and payment must be received by the noted payment deadlines in order to qualify for early bird or standard pricing.

Checks must be made out to: New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency.

Important Attendee Registration Information - Please Read

Conference fee includes all sessions and conference materials, trade show, two breakfasts, two lunches, dessert reception and networking reception. In the unlikely event of the cancellation of the conference, NJHMFA’s liability is limited to 100% refund of registration fees, and does not include penalty fees on travel tickets, deposits for hotel accommodations, or any other incurred expenses.

Refund Policy: The attendee registration fee is fully refundable (less a $25 administrative fee) if the NJHMFA receives written notification postmarked or emailed no later than Friday, September 6, 2019. No refunds will be given for cancellations emailed or postmarked after Friday, September 6, 2019.

All refund requests should be sent to the attention of Cynthia Gonzalez at njhousingconference@njhmfa.gov

No refunds will be given to registrants who fail to attend. No-shows who have registered but have not paid are still liable for fees and will be invoiced. If a registrant is unable to attend, please notify Cynthia Gonzalez at njhousingconference@njhmfa.gov immediately in order to transfer the registration information.

If you placed a Program Book Ad and wish to cancel it, written cancellations that are postmarked by Friday, July 12, 2019, will be honored, less a $25 administrative fee. This refund will be returned six to eight weeks following the conference. Cancellations postmarked after Friday, July 12, 2019, will forfeit 100% of the Program Book Ad fee. Please note there will be a $35 returned check fee.

Please note your purchase may appear on your credit card statement with any or all of the following notations: NEW JERSEY HOUSING AND MORTGAGE FINANCE AGENCY.

Special Needs Notice: All public meeting rooms and facilities at Harrah's have assisted listening devices and are accessible to wheelchairs. If you have any special needs, please email njhousingconference@njhmfa.gov

Photography Notice: Registration and attendance at/or participation in this conference and its related activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant's or attendee's image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities, etc. for the business purposes of the hosts of the Governor’s Conference on Housing and Economic Development (NJDCA, NJHMFA, NJEDA & NJRA).
