Small Group Roundtable Discussion 
Attendees will be able to select a small group roundtable and discuss current issues relative to the topic assigned to that group. The topics will be based on feedback received from registered attendees on the areas of most interest.

10:30 a.m. - NoonEconomic Update 
The economic situation is full of mixed signals, which can make planning challenging for Credit Unions. Drawing on his experience as the CFO of a $200 million + community credit union and the collective power of the Raddon brain trust, Senior Research Analyst Andrew Vahrenkamp will discuss current issues in the economy and for the credit union industry and steps credit union staff can take now to better position the credit union for the future.

Andrew Vahrenkamp is responsible for Raddon Research Insights, Raddon’s national consumer research program. A former finance and marketing executive in the credit union industry, he uses his 20 years of experience to find trends and patterns in consumer behavior and to develop solutions for institutions, particularly in their strategic planning, product development, and marketing strategy.

Regulator Panel
The panel will consist of NCUA Southern Region Regional Director Keith Morton and Indiana DFI Deputy Director, Depository Institutions Chris Dietz. They will be discussing the current examination focus, regulatory trends and answering questions from attendees.

2:40 - 4:30 p.m.   

ignite Presentations
The ignite Working Groups are in the process of researching and developing their innovation ideas. The three working groups will present an update on their innovations, and are looking for questions and feedback from attendees on their ideas. There will be a scoring rubric attendees will be asked to complete for each working group.
