9:15 - 10:30 am What You Need to Know to Find the Right Inn
Presented by Dick Lopez, CHB, Lodging Brokers Network, Inc.
Acquiring an inn starts with knowing what is a good match for you. Our professional lodging broker will explain how to analyze the pros/cons of a purchase decision and the steps to know for a successful transaction.
