Dave Adams
Dave is the President/CEO of the Michigan Credit Union League and President/CEO of CU Solutions Group. He has held numerous board seats with companies like Magic Line, Inc. and NYCE Corporation, both regional ATM companies, and has served on both former Governor Jennifer Granholm’s Council of Economic Advisors, as well as former Governor Rick Snyder's Council of Labor and Economic Growth. He previously served as president and CEO of the Washington Credit Union League and LSI, Inc. A native of Utah, he holds a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Utah and a master's in business administration from Utah State University.

A Lansing native, Barb brings 30+ years in the financial services industry in the areas of retail banking, policies and procedures, deposit operations, training and compliance. She holds a bachelor's of arts degree in English from Albion College.

As principal of Michael Christians Consulting, LLC, Michael assists financial institutions across the country with ensuring their compliance programs conform to Federal laws and regulations. He provides counsel relative to current rules, assists with the strategic implementation of upcoming regulatory changes and offers customized education and training services.
Michael has more than two decades of experience in the financial services industry with a primary focus on consumer compliance. He obtained his juris doctorate from Drake University Law School.

Karen has been CEO of ELGA Credit Union since 1993, having first been introduced to the credit union philosophy of “People Helping People” working in a co-op position at the credit union in her senior year of high school. Karen is involved and encourages others to be involved in the communities they serve. She is a director for MCUL, CUSolutions Group and Catholic Charities, chairs the Finance Committee of St. Francis Xavier Church, is a member of Zonta Flint and the Advisory Board of the Community Foundation’s Women and Girls Fund.

Patty EVP/COO and general counsel for the Michigan Credit Union League & Affiliates. She previously served as an attorney with Holzman Corkery, PLLC, having become a partner in 2005. She graduated from the University of Michigan-Dearborn and attended Wayne State University Law School. She has experience representing financial institutions, specializing in complex litigation and assisting clients in several areas, including contract and vendor disputes, bond claim disputes, contract negotiation, collection, recovery and employment.

Brian Knight
Brian is the executive vice president and general counsel of NASCUS. In addition to managing NASCUS’ legal affairs, he oversees legislative and regulatory analysis, policy development, advocacy and compliance guidance, as well as the professional development department and the accreditation and state programs department. He possesses an extensive background in both legislative and regulatory analyses and a comprehensive knowledge of the state and federal credit union regulatory system. Brian earned his law degree from the College of William and Mary school of law, a bachelor's of arts in history and political science from Hope College and is a member of the American Bar Association and the District of Columbia Bar.

Glory is the CEO of League InfoSight, Inc., a company that provides compliance and risk management solutions to credit unions nationally, through credit union league/association partners. Her background includes over 15 years in the financial industry. Glory is passionate about compliance and regularly provides compliance training to credit union employees, officials and examiners. She also serves on the board of directors for a local credit union. Glory maintains designations from the Credit Union National Association, including the Credit Union Compliance Expert (CUCE), Credit Union Enterprise Risk Management Expert (CUERME) and Bank Secrecy Act Compliance Specialist (BSACS). She received her bachelor's of science degree from Northern Michigan University and a master's of science degree from Pace University.

Bob is a shareholder at Doeren Mayhew in the firm’s Financial Institutions Group. Drawing on nearly 28 years of financial institutions experience, he is a trusted advisor to many clients. Going beyond providing audit and internal audit services, he guides clients through the complex merger and acquisition process, designs accounting systems, and provides vision through the development of business and strategic plans. Bob is a nationally recognized speaker and author on a variety of financial institution related issues. He is a CPA and graduate of Western Michigan University.

Eric is a strategic advisor with CU Solutions Group and has over 25 years of experience as a financial services professional. As a part of senior management teams, he has created and participated in numerous strategic planning sessions and presented to boards on topics such as mergers and acquisitions, member profitability, compliance and financial review. Eric received his bachelor's in accounting at Central Michigan University and master's of business administration in finance from the University of Michigan.

Steve serves as president of Secure Network Technologies, focusing on penetration testing, information security risk assessments, incident response and digital investigations. He has worked in the field of information security for over 15 years. As a part of that experience, Steve is an expert in social engineering and has written and demonstrated actual social engineering efforts involving pre-texting, phishing and physically compromising banks, data centers and other highly secure operations and facilities. Steve carries numerous security certifications by various organizations and also serves as a columnist for Information Week magazine and DarkReading.

Delivered through a comprehensive range of audit, assurance and advisory services, he provides management teams with confidence that sound risk-management processes are in place protecting the institution and its stakeholders. He is a CPA and graduate of Walsh College.

Amy is the compliance consulting manager with CU Solutions Group and has worked in the financial industry for over 23 years. Her expertise includes a background in compliance/internal audit implementation, operational experience in procedural development, lending and training. She is a certified in credit union compliance, vendor program management and the Bank Secrecy Act, and is a trained Six Sigma Champion. She is an experienced developer of both technical and training resources, as well as training delivery. Amy provides compliance consulting services to credit unions throughout Michigan including onsite shared staffing support and project based engagements.

Brad joined CU Solutions Group as a compliance consultant in early 2017. He is a Navy veteran, has worked in the financial industry and previously held a position as an internal auditor at a large Michigan credit union. He holds certifications as a Bank Secrecy Act Compliance Specialist (BSACS) and as a Credit Union Compliance Specialist (CUCE). Brad provides compliance consulting services to Michigan credit unions through project-based engagements and shared staffing arrangements. He lives in the Kalamazoo area and provides support for Western Michigan chapters.
