$197.00 The Golf Tournament at the Dye's Valley course includes green and cart fees, continental breakfast, a post tournament lunch and prizes. You do not have to register for the Conference to play in the Tournament; however, Conference registrants will take precedence over non-conference registrants if the Tournament sells out.

Dinner Ticket
$90.00 This ticket is appropriate if you do not register for the Conference, but would like to attend the Conference Dinner on Tuesday, April 30 at the Sawgrass Marriott Golf Resort & Spa, or to bring a spouse or friend to this Dinner. (Full Conference registrants already receive this ticket as part of their registration.) This is a FUN networking event with casual dress, great food and an open bar. It is a great way to close out the Conference before the next morning's Golf Tournament.

Port Tour

No charge The Port Tour is intended for out-of-town Conference registrants only. The tour is free, but RSVP is required by April 12. Security requires every participant to bring a government issue ID (e.g. driver license or passport). To sign up for the Port Tour, please register for the Conference and add the Port Tour option.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

All requests for cancellation must be made in writing and sent to lforeman@cmc-associates.com. A $50 administrative fee will be charged for all registration cancellations made until April 12, 2019. Cancellation of additional Opening Conference Reception tickets, Conference Dinner tickets, the Guest/Spouse Excursion and the Golf Tournament will be fully refunded until April 12, 2019. After April 12, 2019 no refunds will be issued.
