Hotel Information

You are responsible for making your own hotel reservations for the NNOHA Conference. We have a block of rooms at Caesars Palace, which is situated along the Las Vegas strip and walkable to many other hotels and casinos. The NNOHA Conference group rate starts at $199.00 plus tax and fees for weeknights during the conference. Please note, our room block is sold out for Friday, Saturday and Sunday night. If you need a room for any of these nights you can book with Caesars Palace outside of the room block (which will NOT be at the conference rate) or choose a nearby hotel like the Flamingo Hilton or The Mirage. If you arrive on Monday, we do have rooms available at the conference rate for Monday & Tuesday nights.

A daily resort fee of $35 per room per night will be charged in addition to the room rates.  This resort fee includes the following:

  • Unlimited local phone calls
  • Two guest admissions per day to the Fitness Center
  • In-Room Internet access to include 2 devices per room per day.

Caesars Palace has several towers of guest rooms as a part of their facility.  You are welcome to reserve a room in any of the hotel's towers.   The NNOHA Conference will be held in the Caesars Palace Convention Center which can be reached from all towers, but is directly adjacent to the Palace Tower.

Please note, if you choose to call the hotel (866-227-5938) to reserve your room with the NNOHA rate, the hotel will charge an additional $15 reservation fee.

Transportation to Caesars Palace: There is no hotel shuttle so you will need to find another form of transportation. Your options are a taxicab, Ride Share via Uber or Lyft or an airport shuttle.  There is a taxicab line outside of each baggage claim. For the Ride Share option you will need to follow your respective app to tell you where the pick up spot is located.  Lastly, you can find airport shuttle options outside of baggage claim where you will share the ride with other people, so there may be many stops along the way.
