CANCELLATION POLICY

There is a nonrefundable processing fee of $50, if you cancel your registration up to 4 day prior to the conference.  No refunds will be made after that time. 

CONFERENCE ATTIRE

Business casual.  We do however recommend that you bring a sweater or jacket because meeting room temperatures and personal comfort levels vary.

You will receive an email acknowledging your registration BUT full confirmation of your seat in the Special Deliveries course will not occur until a check for the full amount has been received. You will receive an email confirming you are fully registered once payment has been received. Please mail in your check as soon as possible .

Please call to check on availability or last minute cancellations before planning to register on site. The course is strictly limited to a maximum of 50 participants to ensure a collegial and interactive atmosphere.
