Question: Where can I find information regarding registration types and pricing for the Summit?
Answer:

Visit the Registration Types & Descriptions page to determine what registration type you are.  Pricing information can be found on our Fees page.

Question: What is the proper attire for the Summit?
Answer:

Dress is business casual.  That doesn't mean looking like you're ready for yard-work; it simply means looking clean, professional, but relaxed.  Air-conditioning is difficult to regulate in large facilities and some rooms can be overly warm or chilly, so consider dressing in layers.

Question: Can you tell me if ____ is attending?
Answer:

Question: Where is the Supplier Solutions Showcase (trade exhibition) being held?
Answer:

The Supplier Solutions Showcase will be held in Independence Ballroom.  A resort map may be found on the Hotel Page.

Question: When is the Supplier Solutions Showcase open?
Answer:

Tuesday, June 18: 3:00pm - 6:00pm

Thursday, June 20: 3:00pm - 6:00pm

Question: What is the cut-off date for registrations?
Answer:

Online Registrations will be accepted through Thursday, June 20, 2019.  You will also be able to register onsite at the check-in table starting Tuesday, June 18, 2019.  Onsite registration times and locations may be found on the Week at a Glance Page

Sign up by May 31, 2019 to receive early bird pricing (where applicable). 

Question: Can I register onsite when I arrive at the Summit?
Answer:

Yes, onsite registrations will be accepted.  Check the Week at a Glance Page for registration times and locations.

Question: What if I need to make changes to my registration?
Answer:

Click on the "Already Registered?" link next to the "Register Button".  Locate your confirmation number sent in the email you received after registering.  If you can't locate the email, you may request that your confirmation number be sent to you.

Use the confirmation number to log back into your registration and make your changes.  Please be aware that cancelling a registration will result in fees.

Registration modifications will be allowed up until May 31, 2019.  Any modifications after this time will need to go through the Conference Coordinator.

Question: Can my family attend the meals and special functions?
Answer:

We encourage family participation in our events and include a Thursday activity for guests during the General Session (please be sure to sign up during registration to secure a spot for your guest). 

Each guest MUST be registered to obtain a name badge.  Name badges are required for entry to all meals, trade shows, events, and activities.  Information on guest pricing and inclusions can be found on our Fees page.

Question: What should I do if I don't receive any confirmation or receipt?
Answer:

A confirmation of registration and receipt for your payment will be issued to you via email upon submission of registration.  If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your 'junk' or 'spam' folders and ensure that you check the email address you entered when registering.  If a confirmation has not been received, please send a note to the Conference Coordinator.

Question: Will you be sending my name badge to me before the Summit?
Answer:

No, you will receive your name badge the USA Registration Desk onsite at the Executive Summit.

Question: What if my badge is not correct?
Answer:

Name badges will be printed at the time of check-in.  You will have a chance to check your badge for accuracy prior to printing.

Question: I need to cancel, is there a cancellation/refund policy?
Answer:

All cancellations and requests for registration refunds must be made in writing to the Conference Coordinator.

  • Cancellations made before Friday, May 17, 2019 will receive a refund less a $100.00 per person administration fee.
  • Refunds will NOT be processed for cancellations after Friday, May 17, 2019; however, substitute delegates will be accepted as long as we are notified by email by Thursday, June 13, 2019.
  • No refunds will be issued until after the Executive Summit.
  • No refunds will be given for non-attendance at the Executive Summit.
Question: Do you have special accommodation rates at the hotel?
Answer:

Yes, special hotel rates are available for all attendees as long as reservations are made prior to the cutoff date, May 27, 2019.  Visit our hotel page for additional information.

Question: Is there a daily Executive Summit registration rate?
Answer:

There are no daily rates for the Executive Summit.

Question: Is there parking available at the hotel?
Answer:
