The Western Winter Workshop is an annual event that began in 1961 and is organized by the San Francisco Bay Area and Southern California Sections of AACE International. The Workshop includes a robust technical program with presentations by industry experts on scheduling, cost engineering, project management, risk, claims and BIM.  Over the past nine years, we have included a Capital Management Program track where key decision makers from a variety of public agencies from across the nation discuss their upcoming capital programs, challenges, successes, management philosophies and needs.
