The Western Winter Workshop is an annual event that began in 1961. The Workshop includes a robust technical program with presentations by industry experts on scheduling, cost engineering, project management, risk, claims and BIM.  Over the past nine years, we have included a Capital Management Program track where key decision makers from a variety of public agencies from across the nation discuss their upcoming capital programs, challenges, successes, management philosophies and needs.
