Question: What is the Early Bird Discount on booth fees?
Answer: The Early Bird Discount is a great opportunity for vendors to save 5% on their entire booth fee when paying the balance in full by the specified date.
Question: When is the Early Bird Discount due date for vendors registered for the Charleston 2020 show?
Answer: Vendors are eligible for the Early Bird Discount in Charleston 2020 when the booth fee is paid in full by July 3, 2020, saving 5% on the total booth fee. 
Question: What is the most cost effective way to pay my booth fee balance?

 For your convenience, there are two options for making your payment:

1. The preferred method of payment is by check and will save you a 4% credit card processing fee. Checks must be postmarked on or before the early bird discount due date for the rate to apply.

2. You may pay online by credit card on your registration page. There is a 4% credit card processing fee for all credit card payments.

Question: When will I know my booth number?
Answer: Approximately three months before the show date, booth numbers will be emailed to vendors who have paid their booth fee balance in full.

Answer: An email will be sent to all registered vendors approximately three months before the start of the show with information about decorator and utility services, due dates, and pricing.
