BarOn EQ-i Emotional Intelligence

Based on 20 years of research, BarOn EQ-i® measures emotionally and socially intelligent behavior. Research suggests that emotional intelligence is a better predictor of success than either relevant previous experience or IQ.  Encouragingly, skill sets associated with emotional intelligence can be learned.

  • Consists of 133 items, four validity indices and a sophisticated correction factor rendering scores for the following components:

o   Participants Receive a Summary Report

DiSC Profile Assessments

DiSC® is the leading personal assessment tool used by over 1 million people every year to improve work productivity, teamwork and communication. The DiSC® model provides a common language that people can use to better understand themselves and to adapt their behaviors with others.

Each participant will receive two DiSC assessments focusing first on increasing your self-knowledge: how you respond to conflict, what motivates you, what causes you stress, and how you solve problems through DiSC Workplace.

Further insights are gained through DiSC Work of Leaders, where participants discover their DiSC leadership style and learn a simple three-step process to help you approach the fundamental work of leaders: Vision, Alignment, and Execution.
