National Youth Event (NYE) is a spirited quadrennial event centered on faith, leadership, service, and social justice first inaugurated in 1980.  It is celebrated as the largest denominational gathering for the United Church of Christ, right after General Synod, with an expected attendance of 2,500.  We look forward to seeing you at Purdue University,          July 22 - 25, 2020.

 ALL ONLINE YOUTH REGISTRATIONS MUST BE COMPLETED BY AN ADULT GROUP LEADER OR PARENT/GUARDIAN.


Registration Deadline is June 1, 2020


Adult Youth Group Leaders are responsible for registering their youth group, managing all attendee information, and collecting mandatory forms. Please view document HERE  prior to registering group.  This will assist you in collecting registration information.


NOTE: Registration requires a unique email address for each attendee. If a registrant does not have their own email address, please enter a fictitious email address then select the appropriate registration type in order to begin. Once you are within the registration, enter the Adult Youth Group Leader’s email address as the secondary email address. This will ensure that the confirmation email is received.


Please carefully review all registration types and descriptions below prior to completing registration.




Registration Types with Descriptions

  • Youth Group Leader - $375 (Adult - 21 yrs. and older, who is the primary point of contact for their youth during event)
  • Youth Participant - $375 (completed 6th grade through high school graduation)
  • Chaperone - $375 (young adult 19 yrs. and older)
  • Unite for the Future Hall Partner - $500 (Exhibitor)
  • Assistant - Unite for the Future Hall Partner (Exhibitor) $125
  • National Staff - $375 (Adult – UCC/DOC)
  • Conference Staff - $375
  • Volunteer (including on campus meal plan for the duration of  NYE) - $125
  • Volunteer (no meal plan) $50
  • Artist/Preacher - $125
  • Workshop Presenter - $125

 

PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY

All attendees must pay in advance in order to attend an event. Refunds of fees paid in advance for non-credit activities may be made for a participant who subsequently is unable to attend and who requests in writing a refund prior to the event. All refunds will be processed in accordance with the following schedule:

a. If registration cancellation is received by Purdue Conference 45 or more days prior to the start of the event, the refund will be 100% of the attendee’s deposit;

b. If registration cancellation is received by Purdue Conferences less than 45 days but 15 or more days prior to the start of the event, the refund will be 50% of the attendee’s deposit;

c. If registration cancellation is received by Purdue Conferences less than 15 days prior to the start of the event, the attendee will not receive a refund of the attendee’s deposit.

 

No refunds will be provided for registration cancellations or adjustments resulting in a balance of less than $50.00.
