Should the 2021 NWTF Convention and Sport Show have to cancel, NWTF will issue a refund of any booth payments made for 2021 less any deposits due for a 2022 booth. Exhibitors will be given the option to apply all 2021 booth payments to their 2022 balance, as well. 

Current cancellation rules apply if the exhibitor cancels prior to the show or an NWTF official cancellation. Refunds will be made within 60 days from the cancellation.

Booth size is 10’ x 10’. Standard drapery backs eight feet high, side rail dividers three feet high, booth identification sign, one eight foot table, two chairs and one wastebasket are included in the booth fee. 

Electricity, telephone, internet and carpet are not included in the booth fee. These services will be offered through the show service contractor, The George Fern Company, in the exhibitor service kit. The kit is sent out January 2021.

George Fern Company will e-mail an Exhibitor Services Kit in January 2021. The kit will include information, ordering instructions, deadlines and rates on the following:

·         Utilities (Phone, Electricity, Internet) – provided through Gaylord

·         Inbound/Outbound Shipping

·         Marshalling Yard Instructions

·         Set-up/Take-down Instructions

·         Maps

·         Carpet and Furniture Rental

ATTENTION EXHIBITORS – The George Fern Company is the exclusive provider of exhibitor services for the NWTF. Additional expense may be incurred by using a tradeshow service company other than the George Fern Company.



You will receive 5 complimentary exhibitor badges per 10’ x 10’ booth purchased.

Additional exhibitor badges can be purchased for $20 each at exhibitor check-in.

Exhibitor badges allow you admission into the exhibit hall only. Tickets and name badges for all other convention events and meals must be purchased separately.



Exhibitors who receive payment for merchandise or services at their booth at the NWTF convention are required by the state of Tennessee to obtain a permit to conduct business. The permit fee is $112.00. You can download the application for the Transient Vendor License.

Exhibitors at the NWTF convention are required to report taxable sales to the Tennessee Department of Revenue. Sales tax for items sold during the convention will be collected by the Tennessee Department of Revenue. The tax rate is 9.25%.

ANYTHING WITH WHEELS AND A MOTOR in an exhibitor booth must be approved by the NWTF. If you are planning to display a vehicle, ATV, motorcycle, etc. in your booth you must contact or call 888-786-3367.



Exhibitors at the 2021 show have priority to reserve for 2022. Open Sign Ups for New Exhibitors or the waiting list will be on Saturday February 20, 2021 from 3-5 p.m. If you are not able to make Open Sign Ups, we will take reservations, if there is availability or put you on our waiting list starting Tuesday, February 23, 2021.

Q: What comes with my booth?

Q: Is electricity or internet included in my booth price?

A: No, you will need to refer to the George Fern Kit that will be released in January 2021 to order your amenities at a discounted rate.


Q: Can I display my ATV, vehicle, or anything with wheels and a motor in my booth?

A: Before you can display it must be approved by the NWTF, and move-in will be determined. If you are planning to display a vehicle, ATV, motorcycle, etc., in your booth, you must contact or 888- 786-3367.

Q: How do I book my room at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel?

A: The 2021 NWTF Gaylord Opryland Hotel block will open at a later date to be determined! We have a limited number of atrium and traditional rooms available at a discounted rate. Atrium rooms feature a small patio that overlooks the gardens. Check back for details on booking your room.
