Meeting Land Package

Meeting Package (Physician and Guest)  $10,350.00 (includes flights from Edinburgh to Dublin)

Meeting Package (Physician Only)  $7,375.00 (includes flights from Edinburgh to Dublin)

A 30% deposit is required at the time of registration. A credit card is required to register and will be charged within seven (7) days of registration. Your credit card will be charged $3,105 for Physician and Guest Meeting Package and $1,650 for Physician Only Meeting Package (plus a 4% processing fee).

Post Trip to Iceland: $2,450 per person. 30% deposit is required at the time of registration. A credit card is required to register and will be charged within seven (7) days of registration. Your credit card will be charged $735 per person for the Post Trip (plus a 4% processing fee).

If you would like to upgrade your room at the Waldorf Astoria Edinburgh it will be $3,660 and at The Shelbourne it will be $2,790 for a Premium Suite. To confirm your upgrade, please contact Lauren Russo at NYSAUA2020@mcveigh.com.  Please note there are a limited number of upgrades available.

$75.00 processing fee

After April 2, 2019:
Package is non-refundable
