A 10% late will will be applied to any payments received between June 13 and June 24. You will not be able to display if we do not have payment by Wednesday, June 24, 2020.

PAAA Corporate Support & Cancellation Policies

Representatives: A maximum of two company representatives, per exhibit table, are permitted on the exhibit floor at any given time. (Platinum Spaces may have up to four representatives.) Representative rotation IS NOT permitted; however, different representatives on different days is allowed. You may NOT wear your company badge at any time. One additional representative badge may be purchased for an additional fee of $500 (limit one per company).

Platinum & Exhibit Table Cancellation Policy:
 In the event of a cancellation PAAA must be notofied in writing.  Companies will incur a cancellation fee of 20% if cancellation occurs up to 30 days prior to the event (May 27, 2020). Refunds will not be issued 29 days prior to the event (May 28, 2020).

Sponsorship Cancellation Policy: In the event of a cancellation PAAA must be notofied in writing.  Companies will incur a cancellation fee of 20% if cancellation occurs up to May 1, 2020. Refunds will not be issued after May 1st.

ISS Program Cancellation Policy: In the event that the ISS must be cancelled, a request to cancel must be submitted in writing no less than 45 days prior to the scheduled date. At this time, 50% of the fee will be refunded. No refunds will be given 44 days (May 12th) or fewer before the meeting. The company is responsible for any fees associated with cancellation through the hotel.


Reservation Policies

ISS Program Time Slots:

ISS reservations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis beginning on the date of registration. The registration will serve to hold a spot pending payment. Payment for the ISS must be received within fourteen (14) business days from date of registration. If payment is not received within 14 days, the ISS reservation will be released to the next interested company.


Platinum Table Placement:

Platinum Table placement selections will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis beginning on the date of registration. The registration will serve to hold a spot pending payment. Payment for the Platinum Table must be received within sixty (60) days from date of registration. If payment is not received within 60 days, the Platinum Table reservation will be released to the next interested company.
