Due to COVID-19, all PFNCA wellness programs are provided online via Zoom.
Welcome to the Registration Website for the Parkinson Foundation of the National Capital Area (PFNCA)'s 2020 Wellness Programs!
Once you have completed this registration process, you may attend and participate in as many PFNCA wellness programs and services as you wish (some offerings may require prior medical or other approvals). It is not necessary to register for individual wellness programs.
There is no fee for programs but there is an annual $35 administrative fee per individual registration*. Your registration will cover the period from January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020. If at any time you would like assistance completing this registration process, please contact PFNCA's office at (301) 844-6510.
If you are registering more than one person, please register the person living with Parkinson's first.
Once you register, please check your email inbox (or promotional/spam/junk folder) for an important confirmation email. You will automatically be mailed a name badge when registration is received. This may take up to two weeks. Your confirmation email includes links to print a name badge and wallet card if you wish.
You are encouraged to bring your name badge to each program session you attend. If you forgot, your instructor can check you in by name.
