It is easy to become an I-Day exhibitor but space is limited, so registration for exhibitors will be conducted on a first come, first served basis. Activity tickets (breakfast/lunch/cocktails) are not included with the exhibit; however, three discounted tickets at $60.00 each are available with your reservation. Additional tickets can be purchased for $85.00 each. Booth Space is 8 feet.

  1. Erecting and dismantling a standard booth.
  2. Two booth chairs.


All you will need in order to participate is your material or product. The booths will be set up and assembled the evening prior to I-Day (Wednesday, May 13). Be prepared to start early on Thursday. All exhibitors have the opportunity to arrange their own method of registering those who visit their booths. In addition, most exhibitors offer a door prize from their registration cards, the drawing for all prizes taking place after the last CE class.

All exhibit spaces will be assigned with every effort to separate competitors.  We will do our best to accommodate special requests but booth numbers/locations cannot be guaranteed. Booth location depends on the size of your prefabricated booth. Please be specific when stating the dimensions of your booth. A storage room will be available the day prior to I-Day for exhibit material. 

Electrical hook-ups must be arranged directly with the Rivers Casino.
