What are the conference registration rates?

Early Bird Rate from September 12, 2019 through December 6, 2019

Members Only $500

Regular Rate from December 7, 2019 through March 6, 2020

Members $650

Non-Members $700

Onsite Rate from March 7, 2020 through March 11, 2020

Member On-site $700

Non-Member On-site $780 

Alumni Rate September 12, 2019 through March 11, 2020

$350 *This rate can only be offered to those alumni not-employed by or whose registration is not being paid by an Educational Equity program*

 What is your refund and cancellation policy?

Refund Policy

  1. WESTOP has a NO Refund Policy. All merchandise/transactions sold by WESTOP are sold as is.
  2. Registration fees paid in advance are refundable (a processing fee wi ll be assessed). A written refund request must be received within forty-five (45) days from the date of the event. All refunds for registration fees will be made after the completion of the event.

Cancellation Policy

  1. All transactions are final. However, in the event of an unexpected circumstance, individuals must contact the event organizer or the WESTOP CFO by email. Upon review, the WESTOP CFO will notify you if the cancellation request is approved. Please note that if a payment has been made, the transaction cannot be cancelled.


Are hotel conference rates available pre and post conference?

Our conference hotel rates will be available upon registration approval. Please wait until your registration has been processed before proceeding with any hotel arrangements. The information needed to book your stay will be emailed along with your registration approval.
