At the conclusion of the meeting we will email you a link to complete the evaluation for the 2021 13th Annual Winter Hip & Knee Course. We will send it to the email you used to register. Once you submit the evaluation, you will receive an email with a link where you can download your CME certificate. Please complete the evaluation on a computer so that you can print and save the CME certificate. If you use a mobile device, your CME certificate will not download.
CME credits for didactic sessions will be available to virtual participants (Physicians and Allied Health Professionals only) as long as sessions are viewed via Zoom in real time (i.e., viewing recorded sessions at a later date/time disqualifies CME eligibility).
