2021 13th Annual Winter Hip & Knee Course

 

Due to current COVID-19 in-person meeting size restrictions, in-person attendee registration is open to Physicians only until further notice. Allied Healthcare Professionals, Fellows, Residents and non-sponsoring Industry Representatives are encouraged to register using the Virtual Attendee option.

 

CME credits for didactic sessions will be available to virtual participants (Physicians and Allied Health Professionals only) as long as sessions are viewed via Zoom in real time (i.e., viewing recorded sessions at a later date/time disqualifies CME eligibility).

The course registration fee includes access to all scientific sessions, continuing medical education (CME) credits for physicians and meals, and breaks as listed on the agenda. Please note that all other costs associated with attendee participation (travel, accommodations, and expenses) are the responsibility of the attendee.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you registered to attend the meeting In-Person cancellation notification must be in writing to email winter@icjr.net and received by the close of business on February 23, 2021. A cancellation fee of $50 will be assessed. Cancellations received after February 23, 2021, will not receive a refund. No‐shows will not receive a refund.

If you registered to attend the meeting Virtually cancellation notification must be in writing to email winter@icjr.net and received by the close of business on March 24, 2021. A cancellation fee of $50 will be assessed. Cancellations received after March 24, 2021 will not receive a refund. Virtual No‐shows will not receive a refund. 

ICJR reserves the right to cancel this program due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund of registration fees will be given to participants. ICJR will not be responsible for travel expenses incurred by the participant in the unlikely event that the program is canceled.
