Digital Transformation and the Future of Staffing
        Presented by Bullhorn

The pandemic has radically accelerated the trend towards digitization in the staffing industry. In early 2020 before the pandemic hit, just 25% of survey respondents reported being engaged with a digital transformation process, while today almost half are undergoing a major effort to transform their businesses through the adoption of new technology to automate their manual business processes. But what does that actually mean? Barry Asin and Art Papas will discuss how companies are automating parts of the staffing lifecycle, including the candidate engagement process, to boost recruiter productivity, reduce drop-off, and improve data hygiene.

        The Evolution of Pay

        Presented by ADP, Inc.

A new ADP survey focused on employee and employer perceptions and attitudes about traditional and emerging pay methods to address some of their biggest human capital management concerns.

In a highly competitive environment for recruiting top talent, ADP’s survey results suggest that both employees and employers agree that offering alternative payment methods would provide a competitive edge. Over 60 % of employees indicted that off-cycle pay options would make a difference when considering a job offer. Likewise, 71% of employers surveyed indicated they would need to customize payment options to compete in the war for talent.
Beyond recruitment, ADP’s survey touches on emerging trends in employee retention and financial wellness; the impact of the gig economy and 1099 employees; and the evolving attitudes of Millennials and next gen workers.

The Disruption Mindset: Why Some Organizations Transform While Others Fail
        Sponsored by Glider AI, Inc.

Many companies make “disruption” their goal, while others seek to protect their existing business model from being disrupted. Those seeking to disrupt believe that if they just develop the right innovation, they will disrupt their markets forever and drive the kind of growth worthy of a magazine cover story. But that’s not how disruption works. Disruption doesn’t create growth; growth creates disruption. While growth is always hard, disruptive growth is exponentially harder. It requires companies to make tough decisions in the face of daunting uncertainties: Should we bet our company’s future on the next-generation client and talent or today’s reliable one? Should we abandon our current business model for an entirely new one? Disruption demands bold leadership and, often, massive cultural transformation. Regardless of where your business sits, to be on the right side of disruptive change requires having a growth strategy that aligns the entire organization around the future customer experience, as well as the leadership and culture to execute that strategy.
