It is your professional responsibility to complete this step during the prescribed period to get your credits, if you want them. This deadline is firm, no exceptions. If you are an LCAT, LMHC, or LCSW who requested free New York State credits or if you purchased NASW, APT or MFT credits, this is your final reminder. This service is available only until 11:59 pm EST on Friday, December 31. If you do not complete the continuing education survey by December 31, there will be an additional administrative late fee of $75 to re-open each CE survey after midnight on Friday night, December 31.
