MODIFICATION POLICY
Unless you are adding sessions to an existing registration, session change requests initiated by registrants incur a $25 fee per modification after October 15.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
The 2021 Summit will be held as scheduled from November 3-21, regardless. Due to pandemic-related unpredictability, the Atlantic City (in-person) portion of the program has been transferred to Zoom (same schedule). 

No registration refunds for this program will be given. No exceptions. As always, we offer credit for any one of our training events for up to 1 year.

Registration Q & A
 

Q: How many continuing education credits are available?
A: Each of the days of the Summit has at least 6 hours of CE-eligible sessions. You can earn at least 78 credit hours, if you attend all 12 days of the Summit. Up to 85, if you attend the maximum number of CE-eligible evening sessions.


Q: Do I have to pay extra for Master Classes or Workshops?
A: No, every Summit session is priced the same*.
Don't wait until the last minute, there will be waiting lists for our most popular offerings, and you need time to gather your supplies in advance if you are attending via Zoom!

*NOTE: A few sessions require an additional materials fee. 


Q: Can I choose any one or combination of sessions this year?
A: Yes. There is no minimum number of sessions required. Take sessions on any day of the Summit between November 3-21.

Q: What is the policy and procedure for Wait Lists?
A: Several sessions may get repeated on other days, and we'll contact you, if that occurs. Some sessions are unlikely to ever have openings. If you are serious about attending a session, add your name to the waiting list, but be aware that if you get selected for an opening in that session, you will be placed into and charged for it, so do not do this casually.
