Ice Cream Short Course Summary

Learn the ins and outs of ice cream manufacturing as knowledgeable instructors take you from "Cow to Cone" at the 129th Penn State Ice Cream Short Course. We invite you to be a part of the oldest, best-known, and largest educational program dealing with the science and technology of ice cream. The early registration fee is $2,300 if registered by midnight on May 31, 2020. The fee on June 1, 2020 and after is $2,550. Detailed cancellation information is found on the Fees Tab.

Location Change Notice
The Ice Cream Short Course location has changed to the Penn Stater Hotel and Conference Center. It will not longer be held at the Nittany Lion Inn, Penn State changed its plans for the Nittany Lion Inn this fall, the university announced. The nearly 90-year-old building with 233 guest rooms is set to be used for additional classroom space and single-occupancy housing for on-campus students, who are scheduled to return Aug. 21. Covid-19 Notice
If the course is cancelled by the university due to Covid-19, the registration fee will be refunded completely. If you need to cancel due to Covid-19 based on your company policy, or countries policy and the course is not cancelled by our university, we will follow the courses cancellation policy. It can be found in the registration site under the FEES tab.
