Registrations after January 16, 2021 will be charged the onsite fee. 
On-site registration fees are:  Member - $699  Non-Member - $799

Full conference registration fees include breakfast & lunch on Monday & Tuesday, and opening reception on Sunday evening. Monday dinner is an extra fee and is subject to selling out. A La Carte registrants receive the meals associated with the day they are registered for. 


Terms and Cancellation Policies

Any conference cancellations must be received in writing by 12/12/2020 for a full refund less a $100 processing fee. No refunds after 12/12/2020. All attendee balances must be paid by 1/16/2021 to avoid registration cancellation.  We will not accept payment onsite for any pre-registered attendees. Attendees who pay onsite will be charged the full onsite registration fee.

Cancellations of pre-registered are subject to the same policies as above. All balances for pre-registered attendees must be paid by 12/12/2020.

Cancellations on A La Carte registration items  or the dinner require the same procedures and dates as listed above, but the cancellation fee per A La Carte item is $25.
