To qualify for nomination the employee must be:

• Employed for no less than six months prior to nomination
• Nominated by his/her employer
• Available for a face to face interview

  Requirements and criteria for judging

  
  

• Résumé, including current role, qualifications, training courses attended, awards gained etc.
• Outstanding achievements - work or community related.
• How the employee displayed excellence in his/her role.
• Personal presentation and personality through the interview process will also be taken into account.
• Evidence of individual’s commitment to the way they undertake their role within the hotel.

Accompanying documents such as guest comments, references, articles and/or certificates.

Judging process

All employee awards will be judged by review of their résumé coupled with an interview process. 

National Awards

The 2021 TAA (Vic) winner of this Award will be eligible to enter the 2021 AHA National Awards representing their hotel.
