This category is open to all accommodation providers seeking to protect employees' health, safety, and welfare by establishing an innovative occupational health and safety program within their organisation.

To qualify for nomination, you must provide:

• A written submission of no more than 600 words.
• Supporting documents where relevant.

Requirements for Submission

Please reference the below points within your written submission:

Overview of the initiative:

• Provide a general overview of the nature of your occupational health and safety program that has resulted in a significant reduction in incident/injury rates.
• Provide an overview of how your business is creating a mentally healthy workplace.
• Describe what education, resources, training and support services or facilities you provide.

Execution of initiative:

• Describe the key features of your program, including goals, strategies and beneficial outcomes for your business.
• Describe the promotion of positive occupational health and safety culture within your workplace.
• What outcomes does your program achieve that gives your business and competitive advantage?

Outcomes:

• Describe the methods of the on-going evaluation of your program to ensure your staff's health and safety are met.
• Provide evidence of a reduction in incident/injury rates as a direct result of your initiative. 

Judging Process

Accommodation providers will be judged on the written submission and supporting documents provided.
