Agencies registering three or more members for the conference will receive a $50 discount per registration. Registrations must be submitted together; all registrants must be current IPMBA members; and the discount applies to the conference only.
Methods of Payment
The following methods of payment are accepted: Mastercard/Visa; Departmental Purchase Order or equivalent; Personal Check; Department Check. Payment must be submitted when you register. Mastercard and Visa are the only methods of payment accepted online. If you are paying with a check or purchase order, you must register by mail.
Refund requests must be made in writing and received by April 15, 2014. Refunds, less a $50 administrative fee, will be processed after the conference. No cancellations or refunds after April 15. If you must cancel after April 15, you may locate a substitute and submit his/her registration form and a letter requesting transfer of the registration. Membership and instructor application fees are not refundable, and slots in the Instructor Course can only be transferred to another approved candidate. Registration DiscountsA $35 discount will automatically be applied to all registrations entered by April 15, 2014.
Bike Team Rate
A $50 discount will automatically be applied after three members are registered for the conference. This applies to conference fees only (not pre-conference fees). Registrants must be members and must register at the same time.
