The State Emergency Management Agency will be conducting our 25th Annual Emergency Management Conference. The Conference is designed for all individuals with a responsibility in Emergency Management and an interest in any area of Emergency Preparedness, Response and Recovery.

Early Bird Special of $150.00 for attendees available until March 22, 2013. After this date, the regular conference fee of $175.00 will be charged.
Conference fees MUST be paid in full to attend the conference. If you have not paid prior to the conference, you must pay in full at the conference check-in desk. The rate at that time will be $175.00. If you do NOT have payment, you will NOT be admitted to the conference. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
Attendee registration fee includes all General Sessions, Breakout Sessions, Breaks, Lunches and Breakfasts listed on the agenda.
Please contact the Embassy Suites for room reservations at 636-946-5544. Please tell the Embassy Suites that you will be attending the 2013 Missouri Emergency Management (SEMA) Conference. There is a special room rate of $109.00 per night for this event. If the Embassy Suites are full, the Fairfield Inn (636-946-1900) and the Quality Inn & Suites (636-946-6936 or toll free 888-274-0988) are our overflow hotels. Please call them directly to make your reservation. You will need to let the overflow properties know that you will be attending the 2013 Missouri Emergency Management (SEMA) Conference to receive their special room rate.
