| Healthcare’s impact on real estate has never been more relevant:
- With healthcare being one of the consistent engines of the region’s economy, what is the future of hospital and medical office real estate?
- With a greater number of people insured, primary care is becoming more popular and easier to access. How are hospitals accommodating the change?
- Has an increase in patient numbers led to more development, leases and sales?
- How has the recession affected development? Have lower construction costs spurred more building?
- How are hospitals financing real estate expenses?
- Reimbursements from the federal government are down to reduce costs of Medicare for all. How is this affecting hospital operating budgets?
- What’s new in design and technology for new space?
- Where does ObamaCare stand today, and how is it affecting demand for hospital and medical office space?
Bisnow’s expert panelists will discuss these issues and other trends in the Hospital and Medical Office marketplace. Learn how to wade through the opportunities and challenges of the coming years. And of course, schmooze time will be plentiful.
