The Macquarie University Conference on Contemporary Accounting Research has been founded by Dr Andreas Hellmann and Professor Chris Patel with the primary goal of providing a forum for cutting edge research and exposing PhD students and Early Career Researchers to new and emerging theoretical and methodological approaches to improve their research.
The 2nd annual conference on Contemporary Accounting Research will be held during Monday 12 and Tuesday 13 March, 2018. This conference will bring together researchers from academia and interested stakeholders from the industry to engage with research in areas such as international accounting and behavioural accounting.
This two-day conference will showcase presentations of cutting-edge research and a series of workshops on contemporary research methods, providing opportunities for researchers to discuss the latest approaches to accounting research.
