Our 4 panelists have played an intimate role in selling a business and now are BACK IN THE GAME investing in other business ventures. 

 They will share what they have learned from their experiences, what would they have done differently, what business wisdom they want to pass on etc.  Their knowledge and wisdom will inspire, motivate and or provide knowledge to business owners.  

 All 4 individuals were central figures in growing and selling local businesses. All have gotten "BACK IN THE GAME" and are currently vested in building new businesses. They will address questions regarding advice about issues like growth, M&A, financing, institutional investor's vs debt, sale of business, building company culture, etc. 

 Margie Manning, will lead them to answer questions surrounding the following topics:

  •  Reflections on high highs & low lows in prior business. Examples of riding victories and overcoming defeats. Critical moments and team members. There will be business owners and trusted advisors in the audience.
  • Lead up to sale of the business. Relative circumstances, false starts, deal collapses (if applicable), final close.
  • Post sale - what did they do? Thought process during the post transaction span of time - between businesses. Why get back in the game?
  • New deal - what are they doing now? How did they pick that business? With whom? Lessons learned from prior deal that is benefiting current deal.

Notice of cancellation must be made the event planner by email, or by phone at 312.856.9590. Any cancellations made more than 48 hours in advanced can be given a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start of the event will be given credit towards the next Chapter event upon request. If the credit is not applied to the following event, the registrant forfeits the amount.
