Question: How do I actually Register for the FRS 33?
Answer: In the left margin, click on the lowest button that says "Register," and fill out the web pages. After registration, don't forget to make your housing reservation directly with the Plump Jack Inn (hotel style rooms) or the Squaw Valley Lodge (condominiums and special student accommodations). Click on the "Fees" button for more information.
Question: How do I reserve my accommodations?

If you would like to stay at the Plump Jack Inn, please call (1-800-323-7666) or email them and ask to book reservations in the "Free Radicals Symposium" room block.

If you would like to stay at the Squaw Valley Lodge, please call (1-855-549-6742; international callers use 001-530-583-5500) or email them and ask to book reservations in the "Free Radicals Symposium" room block. 

If you would like to be assigned a roommate, please contact Elizabeth Gilliam with your request.  For the first 39 students/post-docs who register, lodging is only $273.17 per person (triple occupancy) at the Squaw Valley Lodge, so make your reservations early.

Question: Do you allow contributed talks?
Answer: Yes, but we call them Hot Topic Talks. Please click on the Hot Topic Talks button in the left margin for details.
Question: What do I need to do to present a poster?
Answer: During the registration process you will be asked whether you want to present a poster. If you click yes, you'll be able to download the FRS33 Abstract Template. E-mail your completed template by July 3, 2015 to Dr. David Osborn
Question: I registered without a poster presentation, but now I want to present one. What should I do?
Answer: Download the FRS33 Abstract Template and email your completed template by July 3, 2015 to Dr. David Osborn
Question: I need to change something in my registration. How do I do this?
Answer: Go to the Registration page and click on "Already Registered?" underneath the four fields on this page.  Enter your email address and confirmation number, which was sent to you in your post-registration email confirmation.  From there you can see all your registration details.  Click the MODIFY button in the upper left, change what needs to be changed, and continue until the changes are saved.  If you still have questions, please contact us.
Question: What is the policy on guests?
Answer: Guests are welcome to join you for the Free Radicals Symposium. If your guests will be sharing a room with you, there is no additional lodging charge.  On the Fees page you can see the cost of meals and the conference excursion/banquet for guests. You may pay these costs at checkout during registration. 
Question: What else is there to do around the symposium?
Answer: The Lake Tahoe region, and the state of California, has a wide variety of natural and cultural attractions. Click on the Local & Regional Attractions link in the left margin for more details.
Question: What is the Mez-Starck Prize?
Answer: In memoriam of Barbara Mez-Starck, the Dr. Barbara Mez-Starck Foundation (Freiburg) annually awards a prize for outstanding contributions in the field of experimental structural chemistry and molecular physics including mainly electron diffraction, microwave and high-resolution infrared spectroscopy.
