Question: What is the cancellation and refund policy?
Answer: Advance written notice is required for all cancellation and refund requests. Cancellations and refund requests must be received before close of business on Friday, May 23, 2014 (Eastern Standard Time). Submit the request by e-mail to hospitality.conf@nyu.edu and indicate registrant name, organization, contact information and registration confirmation number. Please note a USD $300 cancellation fee will apply. We apologize that cancellations received after May 23 are non-refundable and that we are not able to arrange cancellation exceptions or accept on-site cancellations.
Question: Am I allowed to transfer my registration?
Answer: A transfer of registration will be accepted if written notice is received by close of business on Thursday, May 29, 2014 (Eastern Standard Time). Submit the request by e-mail to hospitality.conf@nyu.edu and indicate registrant name, organization, contact information and registration confirmation number. Please note a USD $150 transfer fee will apply. We apologize that transfer requests received after May 29 will not be accepted and we are not able to arrange on-site transfer of registrations.
Question: How do I obtain a press pass for the conference?
Answer: If your publication plans to cover the NYU International Hospitality Industry Investment Conference, please e-mail coverage strategy and press credentials to scps.press@nyu.edu. For news and alerts, follow the NYU Conference on Twitter at NYU Twitter.
Question: What is the deadline for inclusion in the printed Participant List?
Answer: Please register by close of business on Monday, May 5, 2014 (Eastern Standard Time) to be included in the printed participant list distributed to attendees at the NYU Hospitality Conference.
Question: How can I become a Patron or Sponsor of the NYU Conference?
Answer: If your firm is interested in learning about the benefits of a 2014 Patronage or Sponsorship opportunity with the NYU International Hospitality Industry Investment Conference, please e-mail hospitality.conf@nyu.edu.
Question: Are there discounts or partial attendance fee options?
Answer: There are no discounts and no partial attendance fee options.
Question: Who do I contact for specific questions about the conference?

Question: What is the conference attire?
Answer: Business or Business Casual.
Question: Can I receive CLE credits for attending the conference?
Answer: We do not issue CLE credits to any attendees or participants; however, we do provide a Certificate of Attendance. This form may be submitted to an agency of your choice to verify the hours spent attending this educational seminar. Some agencies may also require the attendee to provide a listing of the workshops and the Conference website. After the conference, please e-mail hospitality.conf@nyu.edu to receive this form.
Question: Can I purchase conference audio recordings?
Answer: Yes. Onsite Recording Productions will record audio of select sessions of the NYU Hospitality Conference and make them available for purchase.
