The SECME Summer Institute Professional Development Experience...
...brings together STEM educators and education leadership for learning, collaboration, and dialog. Participants take advantage of a wide range of interest specific elective professional development module options, network with Pipeline Summit participants, and earn professional development credits.

The SECME STEM Pipeline Diversity Summit...
... is a three day convocation for all stakeholders in K-12 STEM education to gain new insights into best-practices, current research and opportunities to support or enhance STEM education locally and nationally. Forums address equity in STEM education, workforce and pipeline diversity issues and promote the exchange of ideas that promote engineering, science and technology career readiness and postsecondary access.

June 25-28
The SECME National Student Engineering Competition and Celebration of Student Success...
...is an invitation only opportunity for winning SECME District, Regional, and/or State Competition student teams to compete for SECME National Championship titles. The first place student teams, their chaperones, and the SECME ExxonMobil Overall Scholar are hosted for several days by the University of Alabama-Birmingham's School of Engineering which provides various on-campus college life experiences during their stay for the National Competition and awards ceremony.
