Registration fees include all sessions, continental breakfast and coffee breaks each day, and Museum Dinner on Thursday. Spouses and guests are welcome to attend the Museum Dinner on Thursday (note the fee below for additional tickets).

Refunds will be issued, less a $50 cancellation fee, for all cancellations received in writing by August 15, 2011. No refunds will be issued thereafter.
