Join NCAPA for CME at the beach!

No one does it better!  Sessions start early and they end early so you can get out there and enjoy Myrtle Beach! Even better, the general sessions of the conference will be broadcast to the entire Kingston Plantation via closed circuit TV so you can watch from your room. Each afternoon the general sessions conclude by 3:30 pm and there is a tournament or activity planned for every day.

Physician Assistants:  This activity has been reviewed and is approved by the AAPA Review Panel and is compliant with AAPA CME Criteria.  This activity is designated for 29 AAPA Category 1 CME credits for the general sessions and 24 AAPA Category 1 CME credits for additional workshops.  PAs should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation.

Nurses/Nurse Practitioners: Credits awarded by the AAPA are accepted by the ANCC Certification Program and the AANP as Continuing Education (CE) credits for nurses and nurse practitioners.

Athletic Trainers:  NCAPA will not offer ATC credits this year.

All attendees will receive a flash drive with an electronic copy of the presentations at the conference. Attendees have the option of registering in advance to purchase printed handouts in a binder as well.

Workshops all have separate registration fees and descriptions are available in the agenda.  Each attendee of a workshop will receive a separate CME certificate emailed upon completion of the workshop.

EKG Boot Camp

Registration will be limited in all workshops, so register early & don't miss out!
NCAPA is offering access to Exam Master PANCE and PANRE online certification review.  We have partnered with Exam Master and are able to offer a 3 month access to Exam Master at a significant discount.  Exam Master offers 2700 questions with feedback and 4 PA practice exams.  Exam Master gives you the ability to take these exams in test or study mode, timed or untimed.  There is also the ability to create flash cards.  This is a great way to prepare for the PANCE or PANRE.

While you are here earning your continuing education you might as well have a little fun, too! NCAPA offers a number of activities after the general sessions each day for you and the whole family. Monday afternoon features the 5K Fun Run and the Kids Run, both on the beach. The NCAPA Horseshoe Tournament and Sand Sculpting Contest are both on Tuesday afternoon. Wednesday's activity is the NCAPA Beach Volleyball Tournament. There is a  Corn Hole Tournament on the beach on Thursday afternoon.  The activities are a great way to involve the whole family! You can register onsite to participate in any of these daily activities, free of charge. Spectators line the beach to watch these activities, so bring your beach towel and sunscreen and be ready to have a good time and meet new friends.

This conference is a family-oriented conference from start to finish! The SPLASH Waterpark will keep children entertained and active for hours! Kingston Plantation's "Kids Club" offers numerous activities for children five and older each day. Activities include arts and crafts, beach bag painting, beaded name jewelry, splash contests, fitness walk, golf visor painting, crab racing, penny dive, pool games and more! For additional information, please visit

On Tuesday & Wednesday NCAPA will host a blood drive to benefit the American Red Cross. Did you know on average only three out of every one hundred people donate blood? Every minute of every day, someone needs blood. That blood can only come from a volunteer donor, a person like you who makes the choice to donate. There is no substitute for your donation. You do not have to be registered for the conference to participate in the blood drive. We encourage all attendees, family members, hotel guests, hotel staff, EVERYONE to participate and help save a life!

If your registration has been received, you will be sent an email confirming your registration. You will receive all conference materials onsite. Registration will open at 1:00 pm on Sunday, August 18, 2019 at the Embassy Suites Kingston Plantation. You may click the "Attendees" link in the navigation bar above to see if your name is on the list. If your name appears on this list, we have received your registration.
