Registration for the 44th International Congress for the History of Pharmacy is now available

Before proceeding with your registration, please first carefully review the following information regarding registration fees and our payment policies.  In addition, we encourage you to first review the optional Scientific Tours we are offering and decide whether you want to participate in any of them.  During the registration process, you will have the opportunity to register for Scientific Tours if you care to do so.

Registration fees do not cover the cost of tours or excursions (unless otherwise noted) or the Closing Gala/Banquet on Saturday, September 7, 2019.

Student rates are available to persons age 28 and under and currently enrolled in a college or university.

Full and Student registration fees cover the following: 

  • Admission to all scientific and poster sessions and exhibition and poster areas.
  • Admission to the Opening Ceremonies session and Welcome Reception (on Thursday evening), the International Academy Ceremonial Session and Reception (on Friday evening), and the Closing Ceremonies (on Sunday morning).
  • Congress papers and items (e.g., registrant bag).
  • Coffee breaks and lunches.

3  Fees for Accompanying Guest covers the following:

  • Admission to the Opening Ceremonies session and Welcome Reception (on Thursday evening), the International Academy Ceremonial Session and Reception (on Friday evening), and the Closing Ceremonies (on Sunday morning).
  • Lunches.

 

Payment Policies

Payment

  • Accepted forms of payment Credit Card (American Express, Mastercard and Visa) and personal check. 
  • If paying by check, please remit payment to CHEP Inc. and mail to: CHEP Inc. PO Box 229 Perryville, MD 21903 - Attn: 2019 Congress
  • If you require an invoice first register for the event, and choose Check/Offline payment option. Then email Jane Garrett at jgarrett@chepinc.org requesting an invoice. 

Cancellation Policy

  • Registrants who cancel on or before June 30, 2019, will receive a refund of amounts paid less a five percent (5%) administrative fee (to cover our credit card costs).
  • Registrants who cancel between July 1, 2019 and August 26, 2019 will receive a refund of 50% of amounts paid. 
  • No refunds for cancellations after August 26, 2019.
  • Transfers/Substitutions are accepted. Please send transfers/substitutions in writing to cspiewak@chepinc.org
